5. Data Retention & Shopify Mandatory Webhooks

We operate on a principle of data minimization. Order and customer data processed through Shopify Flow is stored in our database strictly as transient execution logs (Push Records) for the sole purpose of debugging. These logs are automatically purged on a rolling basis.

Shopify Data Requests: We fully comply with Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks. When a store owner or a customer requests data erasure or access through Shopify (via customers/data_request, customers/redact, or shop/redact), we automatically receive and process these requests to delete or provide the relevant data from our systems within the legally required timeframe.
